Newly remodelled hotel with excellent wi-fi, the location was convenient close to robertson quay. The room was brand-new and themed, I liked it. Location: the venue was next to for drinks, the centre of Chinatown and different tourist spots of Singapore which will cost cheaper fare when taking a cab. The service was very good, no complains at all.

accommodation was huge and unique with amiable staff from the doorman at entrance. the location was particularly good and ideal - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. the area was very convenient close enough to local bars/restaurants that the careful people would find to risky as well as which then leads on to clark quay. we appreciated being in this place.

Would never stay again. Very expensive. My room was a dark small room with a single bed costing nearly £300 for two nights. Many many nicer hotels around.
I was put in a single bed room that had paint pealing off the walls, a cold shower and dirty sheets. Upon complaining they said they couldnt move me as the hotel was full.

At a very difficult time we were caught up with the Volcano dust experience and had to extend our booking. Management were difficult saying the hotel was overbooked but offered a room at double price. Then we found your website and booked through there - better price and room available. Thank you for that. Happy with hotel but not their profitering and politics.

The new lobby is fresh and vibrant with a
Beautiful view from the lounge. The kids loved Waka Waka playground. We faced issues with our pass, which caused some inconvenience until the manager helped us rectify it, and we enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was nice. Liked the executive club room with 2 tvs and the way it was setup.

The floor staff who cleaned my room and the hotel door men who organised the taxis.
Dated decor. Obscure reception desk. No indication on arrival as to where to register.
